G.Spinelli produces each piece of jewelry by hand and understands that there will be slight variances. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, G.Spinelli will exchange your purchase for another product of the same value. Please return the jewelry unworn within 15 days of arrival or purchase.
Our jewelry has a 6 month warranty. We will gladly repair or replace jewelry that has broken due to a quality defect at no charge and we will repair any G.Spinelli customer damaged product based on time and findings needed.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately all sale items cannot be returned.
